Can I preview my Pawtrait drawing?
We pride our selves with offering one of the fastest delivery times of your pet portraits, due to this, previews are not standard service. This is to ensures a faster delivery time to you!
We believe in keeping costs as affordable as possible because everyone deserves a pawtrait. So giving you the option to opt out of previews allows for a smaller price tag!
We do offer a preview service, which can be adding to your order. If this service is chosen, then a member of our team with email your drawing preview to the email address provided on your order. Please respond to this email within 24 hours that you're happy with your order, this is so we can begin shipment as soon as possible!
Can I change my order once its been placed?
Yes, we'd be happy to help. Contact our team at hello@thepawtrait.com within 12 hours of your order being placed and we'll try our best to accommodate for any changes. Please note that changes can only be adjusted for poster or frame size, colour, and name. We can not change the pet drawing as our artists start work right away. Simply follow our image guidelines for the best drawing.
Do I have to put a name in my Pawtrait?
Your order is completely customisable, so it's up to you whether you want a name featured in your Pawtrait.
When will I receive my order?
Our lead times vary for each product and the amount of drawings per order. Please click here to view our shipping policy which provides a detailed description of the processing times for each of our products.
Estimated times below:
United Kingdom : Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow for extra time.
Rest of the World : We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase, however this may be longer due to customs delays for some items. During holidays, please allow for extra time.
Will my orders all arrive together?
While we always aim to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.

We want to ensure fast and efficient shipping of all our products, we ship with the following couriers. Please note availability will vary between products and location.
UK Shipping:
Royal Mail Second Class, Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, DPD Next Day Delivery.
International:
UPS Two Day, DHL Express World Wide, DHL Global Parcel, DPD Tracked, FedEx
Where is my order?
To track your order, please use the chat box tool location on our website. Simply select the prompt 'Track My Order' and provide your email address and order number. If your order has been shipped you will have a shipping confirmation email, courier tracking will be provide via this email if selected when purchasing. Please note, delays to shipments may be caused by traffic, bad weather, and strikes. Please check courier websites for delay announcements.
We also support tracking via the 'shop' app, you can download this at the checkout.
Which countries do you ship to?
We are primarily based in the UK, however we aim to provide pet portraits world wide! We have partnered with international distributors and can ship to the majority of countries. Please contact us if you are having difficulty placing an order to a specific location, we may be able to ship directly to your destination.
My product arrived damage
Although highly unusual, occasionally our portraits can be damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple pay as forms of payment.

I've placed an order but I need to add something else, how do I pay?
Please get in touch with us via email at 'hello@thepawtrait.com' with your order number and which item you'd like to add. We will manually update your order for you and you will receive an invoice via email.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed and made to order of the personal image you upload of your pet.

I've received my order but want to change the size
Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been shipped to you due to the custom nature of each item. If you would like a re-print of a previous order, please get in touch with us via email at 'hello@thepawtrait.com' with your order number and description of the new product you would like to order.
