Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to complete. As each portrait is hand-drawn, we work as quickly as possible without rushing the process. For special occasions, we recommend reviewing processing times and selecting express delivery at checkout. Please note, October–December is our busiest time of year. Domestic orders (within the UK) are processed faster than international ones.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. You can also select the 'Track My Order' prompt via the online store chat and provide the order information

Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for made to order items
