Photo is well lit and taken in natural lighting
No filter is applied to the photo
Taken with a good quality camera or smart phone
Your pet is facing the camera

The whole face and neck of your pet is visible
Your pet is eye level with the camera
The image quality is high and not blurry
The position of your pet is either standing or sitting straight

Shipping

This is a digital gift card therefore shipping is not required. You will receive an email within 5 minutes of placing your order with the digital gift card and instructions on how to redeem it.

United Kingdom : Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow for extra time. Orders are sent with Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL. Standard Shipping and Tracked available.

Rest of the World : We estimate orders to arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow for extra time. Free Shipping and Tracked available.

Can I upload more than one photo of my pet?

If you are purchasing a 'One Pet Portrait' we recommend you choose one favorite photo that meets our guidelines.

Can I upload separate photos of my pets?

If you are purchasing a Pet Portrait for two or more pets, yes! We will combine the separate photos in the final drawing, just make sure each photo follows our guidelines.

Can I request my own font and background colour?

Yes! Simply add your custom request in the 'Notes to Artist' section and we'll be happy to accommodate. Please be as specific as possible and add font and/or colour codes.

Do you draw all pets?

Yes, we draw all pets! We've created lots of Pawtraits from horses, to guinea pigs, and pugs.

Can I preview my Pawtrait drawing?

We pride our selves with offering one of the fastest delivery times of your Pawtraits, due to this, previews are not standard service. This is to ensures a faster delivery time to you!

However, we do offer a premium service for an extra charge to preview your pawtrait before its shipped to you. If this service is chosen, then a member of our team with email your drawing preview. Please respond to this email within 24 hours that you're happy with your order, this is so we can begin shipment as soon as possible!

Can I have more than one pet in a Pawtrait?

Can I change my order once its been placed?

Yes, we'd be happy to help. Contact our team at hello@thepawtrait.com within 12 hours of your order being placed and we'll try our best to accommodate for any changes. Please note that changes can only be adjusted for poster or frame size, colour, and name. We can not change the pet drawing as our artists start work right away. Simply follow our image guidelines for the best drawing.

Do I have to put a name in my Pawtrait?

Your order is completely customisable, so it's up to you whether you want a name featured in your Pawtrait.

Shipping and Returns

When will I receive my order?

United Kingdom : Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow for extra time.

What if I am unsatisfied with my Pawtrait?

If you are not 100% happy with the products, please contact our team at hello@thepawtrait.com. We'll be happy to help out.

Will my orders all arrive together?

While we always aim to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.

My product arrived damaged

Although highly unusual, occasionally our portraits can be damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work fast to get a replacement.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your Pawtrait please contact our team and we'll work with you to make sure you're 100% happy.
