We have manufacturing facilities world wide, however we are predominantly located within the uk. If your country is not listed in our shipping list, please contact us, as we may be able to ship directly to your destination.

Orders typically take 1-2 weeks to complete. As each portrait is hand-drawn, we work as quickly as possible without rushing the process. For special occasions, we recommend reviewing processing times and selecting express delivery at checkout. Please note, October–December is our busiest time of year. Domestic orders (within the UK) are processed faster than international ones.
Will my order arrive all together?
While we always aim to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately. this ensures the fastest delivery time

We accept credit & debit card, apple pay, amex. we do not currently accept paypal. your payment will be securely processed via our payment processor stripe. We have also partnered with Afterpay to Buy Now, Pay Later in 4 instalments.
How do I apply a discount or promotional code to my orderr?
To apply a discount or promotional code to your order, simply enter the code at checkout. There will be a field labeled "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" where you can input your code. The discount will be automatically applied to the eligible items in your order. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order, and certain terms and conditions may apply.

Absolutely! our talented artists love drawing all furry, or fur-less, friends. we've drawn; sheep, lizards, guinea pigs, and so much more. simply upload your photo ad we'll draw it
