3. Artist Illustration & Delivery
Once your order has been submitted we'll get to work right away!

Do you draw all pets?
Yes, we're very happy to draw all pets! We've created lots of pet portrait from horses, to parrots, and lizards.
Can I preview my Pawtrait drawing?
Can I change my order once its been placed?
Yes, we'd be happy to help. Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of your order being placed and we'll try our best to accommodate for any changes. Please note that changes can only be adjusted for poster or frame size, colour, and name. We can not change the pet drawing as our artists start work right away. Simply follow our image guidelines for the best drawing.
Do I have to put a name in my Pawtrait?
Your order is completely customisable, so it's up to you whether you want a name featured in your Pawtrait.
When will I receive my order?
Our lead times vary for each product and the amount of drawings per order. Please click here to view our shipping policy which provides a detailed description of the processing times for each of our products.
Estimated times below:
United Kingdom : Your order will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. During holidays, please allow for extra time.
Rest of the World : We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase, however this may be longer due to customs delays for some items. During holidays, please allow for extra time.
Will my orders all arrive together?
While we always aim to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.

Where is my order?
To track your order, please use the chat box tool location on our website. Simply select the prompt 'Track My Order' and provide your email address and order number. If your order has been shipped you will have a shipping confirmation email, courier tracking will be provide via this email if selected when purchasing. Please note, delays to shipments may be caused by traffic, bad weather, and strikes. Please check courier websites for delay announcements.
We also support tracking via the 'shop' app, you can download this at the checkout.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple pay as forms of payment.

I've placed an order but I need to add something else, how do I pay?
Please get in touch with us via email at 'email@example.com' with your order number and which item you'd like to add. We will manually update your order for you and you will receive an invoice via email.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalised nature of all of our products we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed and made to order of the personal image you upload of your pet.

Can I cancel my order after I've received my preview?
